Water Filtration Across Carrollton and Nearby Cities
Our crew puts in whole-home filtration, water softeners, reverse osmosis and UV treatment for homeowners in Carrollton and the cities next to it. The Towns on Our Route
Our home base is Carrollton, and nearly all of our jobs are in the towns that border it. South and west, we work in Coppell, Farmers Branch, Addison and Irving. North, we cover Lewisville, The Colony and Flower Mound. To the east we serve Richardson and Plano, and we also accept work in Frisco.
Every town gets the same steps. You phone us and describe what you see at the tap, such as a chlorine smell, spotty glassware or scale in the kettle. Then we book a visit, look over your plumbing and read your city's yearly water quality report before suggesting equipment, because a carbon tank, a softener and an RO membrane each fix something different. Standard professional installation is included for qualifying homes. Qualifying comes down to the layout we find, and you hear that from us plainly before agreeing to anything.
What Shapes an Install Across the Area
- 01
Treated lake water and seasonal taste
Most cities in this part of North Texas draw from surface reservoirs and disinfect with chlorine or chloramine. Taste and odor can shift in late summer when lake water warms and turns over. A catalytic carbon stage handles chloramine better than standard carbon, which is why we ask about your utility before choosing media.
- 02
Slab homes and garage plumbing
Homes here sit on concrete slabs, so the main line usually rises in the garage or near the water heater. Many houses built since the 1990s have a pre-plumbed softener loop in the garage, which makes a whole-home tank simpler to place. Older homes without a loop need a bypass valve and new tie-ins on copper or PEX.
- 03
Freezes and summer heat
Garage equipment sees temperatures over 100 degrees in summer and below freezing during winter cold snaps. Heat speeds bacterial growth in idle RO storage tanks, and a freeze can crack a filter housing or brine line. We insulate exposed lines, plan fall installs before the first hard freeze and show you how to bypass the system if a long freeze is forecast.
- 04
Permits and HOA rules
Plumbing permit rules differ from one city to the next, especially when a softener or RO drain connects to the sewer line through an air gap. We confirm the requirement with your city's building department and handle the paperwork if the job calls for it. Where an HOA restricts equipment outside the house, the whole system stays inside the garage.

Get Your Home Ready Before the Weather Turns
Tell us your town and what bothers you about your water, and we will walk through the options that fit your home. Spring and early fall are the easiest times to schedule, before summer heat and winter freezes test the plumbing.
